Granary is a wonderful cottage, one of three which make up part of a Grade II listed watermill in Sandleheath near Alderholt. The cottage offers a family room with a double and a single bed in the eaves, along with a bathroom, and on the first floor, there is a double room, and a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with a high vaulted ceiling, an electric, flame-effect fire, and a dining area. Outside, there are large, shared lawned gardens with furniture, and off road parking for two cars. Granary is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring this wonderful area, all year round.

Electric storage heaters and convector heaters with air conditioning in eaves bedroom and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in on-site laundry room, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared enclosed lawned garden beside mill stream with furniture, pond and BBQs. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the stream and unfenced pond, not suitable for children under 8 years. Note: There are ten external steps, a wooden staircase, a step over beam in the eaves and restricted head height, not suitable for the less mobile. Note: Dogs to be kept on lead at all times. Note: Mill and tea rooms open to public at weekends from Easter until September. |
